HOME. Office1

I currently offer online video one-to-one sessions to support you through these challenging times

Due to the Pandemic, for safety purposes, I am offering confidential One-to-One video sessions on Zoom, FaceTime and Skype.

I am available between the hours of 9.30 - 8pm, Monday to Friday. Saturdays on request.

Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. Everyone needs to talk things through, sometimes it can be easier to talk to someone uninvolved with your personal life. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, coping skills, bereavement, addiction, abuse, your relationship, your sexuality, as your Counsellor, I can help.

I offer an initial consultation session to give us the opportunity to get to know each other in a relaxed, confidential environment. Together we can discuss the way forward and you can decide if you feel comfortable and want to proceed. Research has found that the most important factor in therapy is the quality of the relationship between you and the counsellor.

Complex PSTD - Self-Esteem - Stress - Anxiety - Divorce - Bereavement - Depression - Sexuality - Abuse - Self-harm

The impact of talking therapies can be profound and result in significant positive change. I offer a therapeutic relationship based on empathy, trust and respect, creating conditions that enable you to express and explore the inner thoughts and feelings that you may not be able to share elsewhere, for fear of negative response. My approach means that you are kept at the centre of our work and together, we can help you find your right way forward. I use a range of therapies and my specialities include: Psychodynamic Psychology, Person-centred, Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) Integrative Counselling, PTSD & Complex PTSD.

Individuals - Couples - Adolescents - Family

Coming soon Face to Face sessions in Saffron Walden and Buckhurst Hill.

If you have a long-standing issue or have ever found yourself facing the same problems time and time again, psychotherapy might be for you. These difficulties can be detrimental to your relationships and yourself, preventing you from feeling satisfied in life. Psychotherapy is longer term open ended work offering you an opportunity to get to know yourself better. It can help you to understand why some of those patterns might be playing out. By exploring how events from your past are controlling your present experiences, ways to change your current situation can arise. This offers the potential to experience a more fulfilling life.

HOME. Room 3

For the foreseeable future I am offering confidential One-to-One video sessions from the privacy of my therapy room.

The appointments are daytime and evening between the hours of 9.30 - 8pm. Saturdays on request.

There are many reasons people come to therapy, I understand going to see a counsellor and reaching out for therapy is a big step, so feel free to call - 07507564642 - for an informal chat (in strict confidence) whenever you wish and I will get back to you promptly.

This is a time of enormous anxiety, worry and frustration, many individuals are confused, bored. Whether you’re self isolating alone, with a family or your partner, even the best of relationships can come under attack at these intense times. Please give me a call, text or email should you feel you would benefit from therapy.

Please take the time to look around my website for more information on my services, this will give you a clearer picture as to how I work.

I have found as a counsellor working with clients who are confused, depressed and needing to find a purpose, Hypnotherapy can be of great help in finding a way to release the thoughts held in our subconscious mind. Due to the intensity of Hypnotherapy, I would recommend Face to Face sessions which would be carried out in the privacy of my therapy room. This is situated 2 minutes from Roding Valley station which is on the central line. Just 20 minutes from Liverpool Street, London, passing through, South Woodford, Woodford, Buckhurst Hill, Loughton and Epping.
